Comfortable Stay with Some Drawbacks

We enjoyed our stay with a clean room and friendly service. The location was perfect for shopping and dining, and our toddler loved the trundle bed! The heated pool was a hit too. The breakfast could use more variety, and we had some noise disturbances, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Comfortable Stay Despite Noise

Our family spent two nights in a spacious room equipped with two queen beds and a trundle. The hotel's layout made it easy for our kids to move around. While the noise from the highway was bothersome, opting for a room at the far end helped mitigate it. Enjoyed the pool!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family and beloved pet! The location is perfect for visiting the nearby Concord Mills and enjoying various restaurants. The spacious King Studio was comfortable for all of us, and having a microwave and mini fridge was a big bonus.

In my wife’s opinion, having better soundproofing would enhance the experience, especially for families with children who are sensitive to noise.

I had a really tough experience during my stay. The manager at night was very apologetic, but the room was in poor condition, so we decided not to stay.

My stay in the King Studio Sofa Bed was mostly enjoyable. The friendly staff and spacious room truly enhanced my experience, although the breakfast hours could be clearer. The location made exploring nearby attractions easy, perfect for my road trip adventures.

Had an awesome time with friends! The location is perfect for visiting the Rocky River Golf Club and Highland Creek Golf Club. Our group enjoyed the comfy beds and the hearty breakfast offered. Definitely planning to come back for another fun getaway!

The only downside was the front desk staff. they seemed overwhelmed and not very responsive when we needed assistance.

The hotel is close to golf courses, a great spot for golfers. Room cleanliness could improve, found debris in the carpet.
